1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Any order placed before 12pm (Paris time) is generally shipped the same day. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Carrier
All orders are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste) with tracking.

4. Order Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly on the La Poste website.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are given as estimates and may vary. Alfalfa Matcha cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs services.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
For destinations outside the European Union (excluding the United Kingdom and Switzerland), shipments are made on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means the customer is responsible for paying local VAT, any applicable customs duties, and clearance fees charged by the carrier upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product prices or shipping fees displayed at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us at hello@maisonalfalfa.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
