1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between ALFALFA MATCHA (hereinafter the “Seller”) and any person making a purchase on the website maisonalfalfa.com (hereinafter the “Customer”).

2. Products

ALFALFA MATCHA offers premium matcha products as well as related accessories.

Descriptions and visuals are presented as accurately as possible but are not legally binding.

The Seller reserves the right to modify product characteristics at any time.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) or in the local currency depending on the delivery country.

  • France, French overseas territories, Monaco, Andorra: EUR

  • European Union: EUR or local currency

  • International: local currency when available

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

In the case of payment in a foreign currency, the amount charged may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank.

4. Taxes and Customs Duties

  • France, European Union: VAT included

  • Outside the European Union: customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer

ALFALFA MATCHA cannot be held responsible for any fees or delays related to customs procedures.

5. Orders                                                                                                                      Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Customer declares having read and accepted these Terms prior to validating their order.

6. Delivery

Delivery conditions (times, costs, zones) are detailed in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are indicative only.

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Risk is transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the parcel.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.

8. Legal Guarantees

The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

Products must be stored under appropriate conditions and consumed within the recommended timeframe.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

12. Mediation

In accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
