ORIGIN
Sourced from a farm in Kagoshima, Japan, this matcha comes from the Saemidori cultivar, prized for its natural sweetness and vibrant color, revealing subtly nutty notes.
Shade-grown for three weeks before harvest, it develops a silky texture and a gentle expression marked by delicate umami. It is then slowly stone-milled, preserving its fine texture, vivid color, and aromatic purity.

PREPARATION
- Sift 2–3 g of matcha
- Add 30 ml of water at 70–80°C
- Whisk in a “W” motion until smooth and frothy
- Add 90 ml of water or milk
- Enjoy!

Amateur de matcha, j’en ai goûté pas mal, mais celui-ci m’a vraiment surpris. Rien à voir avec ce que je buvais avant. Très doux, sans amertume, avec des notes de noisette et de céréales toastées que je retrouve bien. Franchement excellent !
