Sourced from a farm in Kagoshima, Japan, this matcha comes from the Saemidori cultivar, prized for its natural sweetness and vibrant color, revealing subtly nutty notes.
Shade-grown for three weeks before harvest, it develops a silky texture and a gentle expression marked by delicate umami. It is then slowly stone-milled, preserving its fine texture, vivid color, and aromatic purity.

PREPARATION
- Sift 1–2 g of matcha
- Add 70–90 ml of water at 70–80°C
- Whisk in a “W” motion until a smooth, silky foam forms
- Enjoy!
