ORIGIN

Sourced from a small family-run farm in Wazuka (Uji, Japan), this matcha comes from the rare Gokou cultivar, produced in limited quantities and known for its deep umami and natural sweetness.

Shade-grown for 3 to 4 weeks before harvest, it develops a high concentration of umami and a naturally enveloping texture. It is then slowly stone-ground, preserving its fine texture, vibrant color, and aromatic depth.

WHERE THE DIFFERENCE LIES

Not all matchas are equal. Between a single cultivar and a standard blend, the difference is felt from the first sip. A distinct aromatic profile, an identifiable origin, a quality that cannot be concealed.
